Weeds are major constraints for rice production. Efficient weed management can increase yields by more than 50%, but generally requires a lot of time. It is therefore useful for producers to invest in weed management tools to save labor. One of these labor-saving methods is the use of herbicides, but if these herbicides are not applied properly, they can become harmful to crops, human health and the environment.
